The Awesome Bug-Man

     Bug Man was created as a response to all of the ridiculous Spider-Man hoopla that was associated with the movies.
     He was conceived as a character that definitely had some Rated X interests, such as Buggery.
     Instead of using his powers to save the world from evil and protect the interests of the good, Bug-Man pretty much is a slacker who does what he wants.
     I didn't see why just because somebody had superpowers that they would be compelled to all of a sudden care about saving the world.
     Peter Parker was a skinny nerd goon interested in science and was picked on and bullied in high school, and he didn't seem all that interested in social causes, so why would Spider-Man suddenly care?
     Bug-Man just wants to use his powers to get laid, and I feel that is more honest.
