It is Monday, July 14th, 2014.
I have found that if I don't do my writing early, it doesn't get done.
If I try to write when I am in a hurry, sleepy, groggy, or drunk then it doesn't work too well.
I've been playing a lot of online games lately, and I thought I could write simultaneously, but that doesn't work too well, either.
     Writing requires full concentration.
Then there is the issue that no one is going to read this anyhow, haha, but I try not to concern myself with that too much.
It is the craft, and doing it that is important.

     That is what they say.

I don't know if I believe them, at least, not all the time.

Then there is the point that most people who are on computers all day don't have the attention span to sit there and read blog entries.

Blogs have a bad reputation for being long-winded and sucky.

Anyway, here is a painting I did in a half hour of a mermaid.  Some people in the bar wanted it as a birthday present for their friend...

I told them I would do it for $10, because I never know how these things will turn out.

They were so happy, they gave me $30 for it.

I guess if I was a famous artist, I could get more, but that is how it goes.

Here's another birthday thing I did...

I wanted to do something different for a card, so I did it 'Mad Magazine' fold-out style.  It turned out to be a fun, little project.
The recipient was happy with how it turned out, and didn't need any more paint on it.  That is fine with me, since I am by nature, really lazy.

Anyhoo....it is a beautiful summer day in San Francisco, and I'm happy hanging out in my studio doing my thing, and playing games.
I'm going to check to see if there are any other photos to post...
Here is a typical set-up at the bar, with all of my art that I bring.  It is amazing sometimes that people don't even notice it, or they choose to ignore it.  I guess people are busy with a lot of things on their mind, like 'what Debbie posted on facebook'.

It is just how the world is.

I first learned getting ignored for my artwork in junior high and high school.  No one gave a damn.  I am glad I did not let that stop me.

It's annoying to me that the only place I can put this napkin art is on this 18 and over blog, but that is how it is...

I think it is a pretty funny piece.

A lot of people think Robin is gay, so he of course would resist going down on BatGirl.

I would like to do more art with fictional characters fucking.  It's pretty goddamn fun and funny to do.

Meanwhile, while I am here, I might as well write some shit down.  Oops, I can't think of anything, as I am listening to a longplay of a Star Trek video game.
I have noticed that some variations of Star Wars music has been used in a Star Trek game, being changed just enough, but still being identifiable.  Plagiarists!

Anyhow, I made around $75 last night at the bar.  I'm getting ready to go in tonight, to see what I can sell.

I've been slacking on my writing, because I don't think there is much of a demand for it, and I have put so much of it on the web as it is.  I don't know if anybody is reading it, and why should they?  I don't read anybody's blog.  It's way too boring.  I would rather read professional writer's work.  Most people can't write worth shit.

This still remains my favorite blog to write on, because I can write whatever I want, and it feels good instead of feeling like there is a censor looking over my shoulder.

For Independence Day, I looked at a bunch of war videos, because that is what America is really about, in order to keep the economy going.  They didn't want things to return to The Great Depression, so they have kept the war machine going ever since.
You wouldn't think the U.S.A. would be the cause of some mass graves of men, women, and children, but it is true.
The United States has been the cause of some heinous atrocities.
But that is why we get to watch television, consume a lot of resources, and go to McDonald's.
